H. Smilovich Business and Tax, Inc. is a medium sized accounting firm catering to the needs of small to medium sized businesses and their owners throughout the New York Metropolitan Area. Founded in 1992 H.Smilovich Business and Tax, Inc., serves its clients with professional and trusted financial services.
OUR EXPERIENCE
The president of the company, Guy Smilovich, has been practicing accounting for over twenty years. Mr. Smilovich received his MBA in Finance and Accounting from Recanati Business School in Tel Aviv, Israel. He holds a BA in Economics and a BSC in Statistics. Mr. Smilovich completed advanced financial and accounting courses at the Person/Wolinsky School in New York, NY.
OUR COMPANY
Our company serves client needs from the Metropolitan area and from Europe, providing services such as tax preparation for individuals, corporations, partnership and LLCs. Additionally, we are now able to E-File federal and state returns. Additional services include bookkeeping, structuring and planning for business successsion, sales, mergers and acquisitions.
